Calling All Poets, Writers, and Wordsmiths: I NEED YOUR BRILLIANCE

November 20, 2012 at 6:56 pm UTC

On December 6th I’ll lead the Eric Whitacre Singers in a concert of Christmas music at London’s Union Chapel, and weaved through the program there will be four readings. Readers will include two men that I respect and like enormously: James Jolly, Editor in Chief of The Gramophone, and Professor Andrew Wallace-Hadrill, Master of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge University.

So here’s the twist – I’d love YOU to send me your poetry or prose to be read at the concert.

I envisage 250 – 350 words on the theme of Winter or the Christmas season. It can be beautiful and moving, or clever and fun; it just needs to be heartfelt, honest and human.

Click here to submit your brilliance. THANK YOU.
