Exactly! Perfectly straight and absolutely no portamento. I've always cringed to varying degress at that spot with every recording so far, but this--wow. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE ENTIRE CD!!! And this exact spot in the score is where I walked in late to my daughter's high school performance. This exact bit is the first time I ever heard any of your music.
