Hi Eric,
A couple of weeks ago you said the new album should be out on iTunes “in a week or so”. I was wondering if that timeline has changed or if the iTunes release is imminent.
Forgive my impatience–I’ve worn out the preview at this point and am dying to hear the album in its entirety.
#FirstWorldProblems, I’ll be the first to admit it!

Dan, it just arrived on iTunes UK today, so I’m guessing it will be any day now in the US… THANK YOU.

Thank you!
But boy do I feel foolish–this whole time I’ve been assuming it was being actually released now on iTunes, when in fact it looks like (judging by the UK iTunes site) that it’s just an iTunes pre-order. It will release on iTunes and on CD on the same date(s) in April. In retrospect this makes complete sense. I don’t know why I didn’t realize that before. Wishful thinking, I guess.
I’ve already pre-ordered the CD from Amazon so I will just be a patient boy and try to keep myself busy until April 3rd. Looking on the bright side, at least we in the US get it a couple of weeks sooner than in the UK!
OK, back to the previews I go. ;-) Thanks again.

Is it me or does something really weird happens key-wise at ~0:48 in the “When David Heard” sample? It seems like it transitions to another take of the song which was in a slightly different key.

Gulp… yeah Greg I definitely heard it too. I was hoping it was just my ears but I guess that’s not the case. Hmm… so maybe it’s just a problem with the preview audio?

Dear Eric,
Your music has changed my life. I am a vocal performance major and choir has always been something I’ve been greatly involved in. Every time I’ve gotten the chance to sing one of your pieces the experience further cemented my love of music and desire to perform professionally. Just out of curiosity, will the solo soprano version of Goodnight Moon be released as sheet music? I have to say I am completely in love with it and I’d love to do it for a recital. Thank you for sharing your incredible talents with the world :)
