Another taste from the upcoming Decca album (to be released this Spring). Isn’t that church extraordinary? And once again, soprano Grace Davidson effortlessly glides to the heavens.

Eric, My son Jonathan was chosen by audition from Marquette Senior High School to go to MTU last week. My wife and I went along for the music and to keep the kids in line. I just want to thank you for the openness and the real genuine spirit you have -we were in the lecture to the students on Thursday afternoon in the choir room. It was reassuring to us that we went on the trip and was so blessed by your “witness” that God does great things thru us and we are blessed. Jonathan was absolutely thrilled getting to work with you and be a part. I believed it will be the highlight of his senior year. Thank you, Thank you Thank you.

If I had gone to college for a degree in vocal performance, it would have been only to work with Eric Whitacre. His music is incredible. I love his acapella compositions! Especially this song!

Thank you so much. It’s so great to hear and see your arrangement.
