The collegiate choirs at Cambridge University are organizing a Virtual Choir weekend over 20-22 November, celebrating the patron saint of music, St Cecilia’s, both in person and virtually this year. Laptops will be set up around Sidney Sussex College and choral scholars from most of the University choirs are going to come and upload their Virtual Choir parts over the weekend and we’ll finish with a party on Monday. We’d love you to join us, and it would be great if some whole choirs would join the Virtual Choir. Every singer uploads individually of course, but you can be given a special tag so that we can see your choir name too. Choirs from all around the globe have said that they might take part in the Virtual Choir, many over that weekend, and it would be great if we could all do this together. Whether you are in Tokyo, Sydney, Paris or New York, join us and maybe you’ll feel like partying too.
