Virtual Choir 3, ‘Water Night’, received 3746 videos from 73 countries around the world and launched on April 2nd 2012 at a live event at Lincoln Center, webcast on Lincoln Center Website, and revealed online.
In anticipation of the release of Eric Whitacre’s Virtual Choir 3, ‘Water Night’, ABC News will have an exclusive preview of the film in their national news shout on April 1st.
Eric Whitacre will be conducting an evening of his own music, plus two pieces by Morten Lauridsen at Carnegie Hall, with hundreds of singers from across the world and Lauridsen at the piano on 30th March.
The Virtual Choirs were featured on NBC Nightly News, 26th February and footage included participants sharing their personal experiences and the post production stages of Virtual Choir 3.
